Members' Meeting
The Members' Meeting is the representative body of the Fund shareholders.
Consulting Committee
Is the body of the Fund used by the Board of Directors of CDP Real Asset SGR S.p.A. which evaluates certain items specified in the Rules, including issuing binding opinions regarding any transaction in conflict of interest.
